Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Delivery Workflow Engineer to support the AI-enabled platform powering due diligence and risk reports. You will unify proven agentic solutions into a single enterprise application, replacing manual steps with automation, while keeping outputs human-vetted and defensible.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience designing, building, and launching enterprise software applications or automated workflows used by teams.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and agentic AI solutions in production.
• Strong software engineering skills, with the ability to build, test, and own production-grade applications end to end.
• A product mindset: translate business needs into scoped requirements and trade-offs while ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical SMEs and operations leaders in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in OSINT, background investigations, enhanced due diligence, or compliance and third-party risk is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the continued development and enhancement of Exiger’s agentic platform to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Enhance research and report-drafting automation while strengthening quality control and regulator-defensible outputs.
• Turn client scopes and report requirements into clear workflow logic and a minimum viable product.
• Assist researchers using the platform with training, testing, feedback, and day-to-day operation across NA and Romania teams.
• Integrate new data sources and lay groundwork for future modular report delivery.
