Workaholic360 seeks an Applied AI Analyst to join a fast-growing AI fintech startup serving institutional finance. You will embed with clients, understand their workflows, and build AI-driven production-grade workflows within the platform to transform how investment teams operate.

You will translate client processes into skills and connectors, work with product and engineering on enhancements, and help build a reusable knowledge base across research, risk, data science, and technology for

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in a core equity research function at a top-tier institution.
• Proven track record in fundamental or quantitative research or data science.
• Multiple hands-on AI projects with practical workflow integration.
• Strong use of AI tools integrated into professional workflows.
• Hands-on experience with financial data vendors (Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, etc.).
• Ability to build trust and extract requirements from senior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients on-site and drive AI-led workflow transformation.
• Translate client workflows into skills, agents, and connectors.
• Contribute to the product feedback loop to shape platform features.
• Build a knowledge base of playbooks across research, risk, and data science.
