Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience designing and optimizing AI-powered workflows at a full-service law firm or similar environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Harvey, Claude, Clio and AI-assisted document review tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing QA frameworks or testing protocols for tech-driven processes.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI-powered legal workflows, agents, and skills.
• Develop prompt engineering standards and workflow conventions for consistency.
• Establish QA protocols for AI outputs, testing and error handling.
• Monitor workflow performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Contribute to the AI optimization roadmap by evaluating new tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements.
• Document workflows and SOPs to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
