Job summary

Aprés Nail, innovator in Gel-X, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers across online marketplaces. You will resolve inquiries, maintain professionalism, and support the company's AI-enhanced service tools.

In this role you will handle orders, respond to messages on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and others, and help train AI models to improve response speed and accuracy while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and chats.
• Ability to record information accurately and process orders.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted support tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
• Resolve issues and assist with orders, changes, or cancellations.
• Provide accurate product and policy information.
• Monitor and respond to marketplace messages and reviews across channels.
• Support AI-powered tools by reviewing interactions and providing feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex cases to management when needed.
