Job summary

Rosella, an Austin-based AI-native commercial insurance brokerage, is hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive (Commercial Insurance) to own the revenue engine from first outreach through renewal. You will hunt, close, expand accounts, and collaborate with founders and engineers to shape the product.

No insurance background is required; we’ll pay for your P&C license and train you. You’ll join a high-velocity, data-driven team with aggressive comp: base salary plus uncapped commission and equity,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-velocity B2B sales with direct closing responsibility.
• A track record you can point to: quota attainment, close rates, deals or revenue closed.
• Comfort with outbound, rejection, and aggressive follow-up.
• Comfort using AI tools, CRMs, and automation to move faster.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C producer license. We pay for training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and build pipeline with high-volume outbound.
• Close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Round out accounts with upsell opportunities.
• Shape the product by providing feedback to founders and engineers.
• You’re a closer first with a track record of selling at high velocity.
• Dial early and late, treating 'no' as data and optimizing the process.
• Embrace and deploy AI tools to improve sales speed.
