Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five (5) years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping/diagramming tools (Claude incl. Design/Cowork); Figma, Miro a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and validating AI outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and managing requirements/backlogs in Agile environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements in formats like workflow diagrams, user stories, and screen mock-ups.
• Collaborate with IT SMEs to assess alternatives and generate project schedule estimates.
• Measure usability and effectiveness using data and end-user feedback.
• Facilitate and manage business requests with proper stakeholder expectations.
• Assist stakeholders with communication, training, or change management.
