Thomson Reuters is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Litigation Drafting team in the United States. You will build AI agentic features, create scalable backend services with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, and integrate with leading LLM providers.

The role emphasizes production readiness, observability, and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across Product, Design, and Labs teams, contribute to automated testing, and participate in a dynamic development

Formación

1-3+ years of professional software development experience.
Backend & Cloud Skills: Python, AWS/Azure/GCP or other cloud services.
Strong RESTful API design and microservices understanding.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proven ability to ship production-ready, reliable systems.
Strong cross-functional communication and ability to learn fast.

Responsabilidades

Build and ship AI agentic features end to end from requirements to production.
Design and build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
Integrate with LLM providers and implement orchestration and telemetry for reliability.
Strengthen CI/CD and DevOps automation for cloud-native development.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Labs teams in agile ceremonies.
Help others grow by sharing learnings and solving problems.
