Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning.
• Excellent debugging skills and ability to deliver reliable, production-ready systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and effective communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered backend systems and real-time AI interactions at scale.
• Define service boundaries and scalable architectural patterns for the AI platform.
• Integrate backend with LLM providers and implement orchestration, routing, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Labs, product managers, and designers to turn AI concepts into production features.
