Thomson Reuters in the United States is hiring a Software Engineer for the Litigation Drafting team. You will build AI agentic features, design backend services with Python/FastAPI/PostgreSQL, and integrate with modern LLM providers to enable real-time AI workflows.

This role focuses on backend development with potential frontend growth. You will join a fast-paced team, own features end-to-end, and contribute to scalable, reliable systems across hybrid locations including Eagan, MN.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend development with Python, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to debug and deliver production-grade systems.
• Strong collaboration and fast learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI Agentic features end to end from requirements to production.
• Design and build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Productionize AI capabilities with LLM orchestration and content pipelines.
• Use AI tooling to multiply developer effort and improve delivery speed.
• Diagnose issues via root-cause analysis and monitor production behavior.
• Contribute to automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Labs teams to deliver features.
