Job summary

Nestlé IT & Digital Americas is seeking an Expert Data Scientist to drive AI/ML initiatives within Nestlé USA. You will lead model development, evaluation, deployment, and adoption while aligning with business priorities and security requirements.

You will partner with diverse stakeholders to define data needs, success criteria, and scalable analytics solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art tooling to deliver durable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying production AI/ML solutions
• Experience with MLOps in enterprise environments
• 3+ years automating tasks and building data science solutions with Python/PySpark
• 3+ years managing stakeholders and communicating to executives
• 2+ years mentoring junior peers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML models from experimentation to production
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements and data needs
• Develop and deploy solutions in enterprise cloud environments with security in mind
• Design evaluation and monitoring frameworks for production AI/ML
• Collaborate across global teams to scale analytics capabilities
• Document decisions and coach teammates on security and responsible AI/ML
