Nestlé USA's IT & Digital organization is seeking an Expert Data Scientist to advance AI/ML analytics across the enterprise, designing, evaluating, and deploying production models that deliver durable business value.

You will partner with multiple functions to convert complex problems into technical requirements, build scalable systems in enterprise cloud environments, and mentor colleagues while applying responsible AI, security, and resilience principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years implementing production AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years of Python/PySpark to automate tasks and build production data science solutions in an MLOps environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and presenting to senior executives.
• 2+ years of mentoring junior peers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML models from experiments to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
• Develop and deploy solutions in enterprise cloud environments with automation and security.
• Design monitoring and validation frameworks for production AI/ML solutions.
• Scale analytics capabilities across global IT & Digital teams.
