Job summary

Prime Team Partners in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Technical Account Manager, AI Platforms to help enterprise customers deploy, operationalize, and scale an AI analytics platform. This highly consultative role blends technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, and customer success, collaborating with developers, architects, and executives to measure and expand AI adoption.

You'll lead onboarding, configure and troubleshoot, develop playbooks, and drive governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with software developers, platform teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise deployments.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot Python and TypeScript applications and workflows.
• Experience supporting AI platform deployments and cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding programs from kickoff through adoption and expansion.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor and day-to-day point of contact for customer accounts.
• Work directly with customer developers, architects, and AI platform teams to configure, instrument, and optimize AI applications, agents, and workflows.
• Guide customers through implementation planning, deployment, validation, and operational adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through logs, telemetry, screenshots, exported data, and other artifacts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate requirements and drive outcomes.
• Develop implementation playbooks, technical documentation, best practices, and training materials.
• Conduct technical workshops, executive reviews, strategy sessions, and enablement programs.
• Help customers establish governance, measurement frameworks, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for expanded adoption and long-term customer success.
