Job summary

Korza seeks a senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Korza.ai’s ML platform, enterprise AI products, and AI control plane.

You will partner with enterprise teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable features, write PRDs, and guide end-to-end journeys with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise software, SaaS, developer tools, or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, enterprise SDLC, and backend infrastructure.
• Functional expertise or direct experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt systems, or agent-based workflows.
• Proven track record of taking products from 0-to-1 and managing complex enterprise requirements.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced hub environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and core positioning for Korza.ai’s ML platform and AI products.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable, multi-tenant platform features and reusable AI products.
• Translate complex workflows into PRDs, specifications, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, PMs, designers, and business leaders to drive releases.
• Define and track product metrics to optimize utility.
