Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of an enterprise AI-enabled employee experience platform. You will translate priorities into a roadmap, release plan, and backlog, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive user experience.

You will balance organizational goals, user needs, and technical inputs, applying enterprise IT and AI expertise in an agile environment while ensuring security and governance considerations are integrated.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead for an enterprise platform or digital employee-facing capability.
• 5+ years translating leadership direction, user needs, business requirements, and technical inputs into roadmaps, backlogs, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• 3+ years owning day-to-day product decisions, backlog prioritization, release scope, and feature sequencing.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, digital assistants, workflow automation, enterprise search, or agentic workflows.
• Experience leading Agile product delivery and coordinating across engineering, design, data, integration, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into a clear product roadmap, release plan, and prioritized backlog.
• Make day-to-day product decisions and guide cross-functional delivery.
