Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Platform Owner to lead platform engineering, OS hardening, and patch management while driving AI-enabled operations and automation to reduce incident volume and MTTR.

The Lead AI Platform Owner will champion standards, governance, and cross-functional adoption, guiding 1st line teams and coordinating multi-workstream delivery in a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform engineering, OS hardening, and patch management.
• Ability to lead change, align stakeholders, and drive CSI.
• Proven track record in AI-enabled ops and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Own OS builds, patching, and configuration standards across the estate.
• Identify and scale AI/automation use cases for operations.
• Lead major incidents, RCA, and change control in regulated environments.
• Coach 1st line teams and drive adoption of new practices.
• Translate requirements into costed designs and multi-workstream plans.
