Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of AIOps to lead the AI Operations and Automation function, building predictive, autonomic IT operations and automated resolutions with human oversight.

You will recruit and guide a small team of ML engineers and automation experts, define the L0 autonomous tier, and own the platform spanning ServiceNow Event Management and observability tooling, aiming to reduce MTTR and prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in technology operations, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with ≥2 years in hands-on AIOps leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; master's and relevant certifications preferred.
• Hands-on AI enablement in operations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a small team of AIOps engineers while remaining hands-on as a player-coach.
• Own the AIOps platform and telemetry pipeline across tools and observability practices.
• Design alerting, anomaly detection, and predictive models to reduce MTTR and improve availability.
