Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Lead AI Platform Owner to govern the OS builds, patching, and platform estate while driving AI-enabled production operations. The role blends deep platform engineering with change leadership to reduce incidents and accelerate automation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape standards, coach first-line staff, and ensure SLAs are met as you architect scalable, compliant solutions for AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Own OS builds, patching, and configuration standards across the estate.
• Identify and scale AI/automation use cases for incident triage, RCA, runbook execution, and predictive monitoring.
• Lead change management and adoption while protecting SLAs in a regulated environment.
• Provide technical leadership, run books, standards, and policy authoring across teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform engineering depth across OS hardening, image packaging, and agent stacks.
• AI-driven ops: pilot and scale AI/automation for incident triage and monitoring.
• Thought leadership: articulate AI-for-operations vision and write papers.
• Change management: drive adoption, coach 1st line teams, manage risk.
• CSI: instrument reductions in incident volume and MTTR.
• Solution design and planning for multi-workstream delivery.
• Automation & IaC fluency: scripting and pipeline-driven delivery.
• Standards, compliance, and documentation for governance.
