Qualifications

12+ years of product/program management in technically complex environments.
Deep customer engagement expertise—advisory programs and insights into strategy.
Technical fluency in AI/ML and platform architecture without heavy SME support.
Pricing and packaging strategy experience—SaaS models, consumption pricing.
Ability to influence across independent teams with competing priorities.
Strategic communication for executives and stakeholders.
Cross-functional program coordination across multiple release cycles.
Track record of adoption and usage growth.

Responsibilities

Own pricing strategy and packaging alignment with BU products.
Shape AI pricing, packaging, and positioning through customer research.
Drive cross-BU alignment on how AI Platform products bundle within the portfolio.
Establish structured feedback loops with account teams and advisory boards.
