Visionist Inc. seeks an AI Platform Lead to spearhead an enterprise LLM-powered platform supporting analysts, engineers, and operators.

You’ll define requirements, guide implementations, and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organization, balancing mission needs with secure, scalable solutions. You will lead multiple engineering teams, mentor staff, and engage stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact automation and agentic workflows on a funded program.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Engaged with customers/end users to gather requirements and drive adoption of solutions.
• Hands-on experience with production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users.
• Experience designing agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (Codex, ClaudeCode).

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise agentic platform design powering intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and cyber analysts to map operational processes.
• Evaluate AI models and deployment options balancing capability, performance, and cost.
• Advise customers on AI investment strategies and resource allocation.
• Stay current with AI technologies and promote innovative capabilities.
• Conduct outreach and training to promote adoption of AI capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams and track execution against goals.
