Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking an AI/LLM Developer to lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives across the program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, test, and mature AI-enabled capabilities from concept to production.

The role demands a strong software engineering background, hands-on experience with AI- and LLM-enabled applications, and the ability to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot AI solutions while ensuring secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant AI/LLM development experience.
• Experience developing AI- and LLM-enabled applications.
• Strong software engineering and application development background.
• Experience supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and integration activities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting technical and functional stakeholders.
• Meet Security Eligibilities.
• TSA experience is highly desired.
• DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define requirements, and establish measurable success criteria.
• Develop and implement solutions using large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and related technologies.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of AI-enabled applications.
• Work with technical and functional teams to incorporate user feedback and transition successful pilots into operational capabilities.
• Performs additional duties as assigned
