Job summary

LTM is building a sophisticated agentic AI platform in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). The Senior AI Engineer will lead architectural decisions for the ASL, drive multiagent orchestration, and own LLM integration pipelines end-to-end.

You’ll set standards, review designs, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure AI systems that operate at production scale. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of software architecture, deep distributed systems expertise, and hands-on experience with LLM tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture experience
• 3+ years designing AI/ML platform systems
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel
• Deep expertise in distributed systems design including microservices and event-driven patterns
• Strong API design skills using REST and gRPC, with Python and at least one of Java/Go/TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture for the AI platform within the ASL team
• Design and evolve multiagent orchestration system architecture
• Design and evolve tool use frameworks and LLM integration pipelines
• Establish patterns for agent reliability, observability, and production-scale guardrails
• Lead technical design reviews and produce ADRs
• Collaborate to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable platform components
• Evaluate and integrate emerging agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
• Define API contracts and data flow patterns across the platform
• Mentor engineers on production-grade AI systems
