Job summary

Lucidya is seeking an AI Tech Lead to own the AI layer of our agentic platform. You will set the technical bar, write production code, and lead a small team of AI engineers and scientists.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or ML engineering.
• 2+ years building LLM-based applications in production.
• Experience leading a small team of AI engineers and scientists.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI architectural direction for the Agentic Platform and own the harness and model selection.
• Lead the AI team in designing, developing and delivering the platform; contribute code when needed.
• Establish evaluation standards and productionize testing, monitoring and guardrails for AI components.
