SCAN Health Plan is seeking an AI Feature Lead in Long Beach to drive the enterprise AI platform, translating vision into scalable features. You will own requirements, validation, and delivery while collaborating with engineering, product, business, and compliance teams.

You will shape platform roadmaps, manage data and knowledge streams, and ensure practical, compliant AI solutions that deliver measurable business value for SCAN members.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and agent orchestration.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI feature specifications.
• Proven track record in cross-functional delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, validation strategy, and feature delivery for AI platform features.
• Define platform strategy, roadmaps, APIs, and data management integrations.
