Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the platform, governance, and engineering foundations that enable scalable automation and AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will design guardrails for citizen development and partner with business and engineering teams to ensure solution quality.

You will lead environment strategy, ALM practices, and security/compliance controls while managing Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate/Dataverse).
• Governance, ALM and CI/CD practices for low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize a citizen development model for automation and AI use cases.
• Define environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance standards.
• Own platform health, capacity, and cost efficiency across the ecosystem.
