Job summary

Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the AI platform and agentic orchestration across the enterprise. You will own the technical architecture, deployment, and governance of AI models, agents, and related services at scale, collaborating with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure or AI platform experience.
• Experience deploying AI platforms and agentic infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration, administration, and operational management of enterprise AI and agentic infrastructure.
• Configure and manage AI platforms and SDLC automation environments.
• Evaluate AI tools (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Databricks Genie) for business needs.
• Deploy and maintain models, agents, prompts, and workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance, access controls, auditing, and cost controls.
