Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and sustain the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will shape the context, ground search, and agent responses using a knowledge graph, RAG, and MCP-based workflows.

You'll partner with SMEs to build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph / enterprise context retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Produced AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to distinguish wrong retrieval from right retrieval and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS / search / AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration: identity/access management, monitoring, incident response.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and turning questions into reusable checklists.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication; leadership by influence.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with clear accuracy targets.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or incorrect context and backlog fixes based on business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test AI agents, prompts, and workflows (MCP, function calling, RAG).
• Decide between skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding based on where logic belongs.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and standards-aligned.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Develop discovery tooling and questions to scope new AI use cases.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality, reliability, and safety.
