Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to craft the knowledge graph and grounding context for an enterprise AI ecosystem. The role covers design, evaluation, governance, and scalable delivery of AI agents, skills, and workflows across integrated tools.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in development with hands-on leadership, experience with MCP, function calling, and RAG, and a strong background in enterprise search and security.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship)
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead responsibilities
• Designed or owned an end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture
• Proven experience building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and continuously improve the company context and knowledge graph for grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or incorrect context and turn insights into a backlog of fixes.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Create discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new AI use cases.
