Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in the United States seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will drive semantic retrieval, RAG patterns, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants. Lead design, testing, and governance for scalable, secure implementations; collaborate with experts to deliver production-ready capabilities and continuously improve search quality and cost

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead responsibilities.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Experience building production AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to distinguish wrong vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions with clear, unsupervised playbooks.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication; able to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph grounding for search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and convert findings into a prioritized backlog.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge graph grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs and deployment plans; pilot to production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context with tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; work with security teams.
