AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding context behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will drive semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across major tools including Slack, Google Workspace, and Glean.

The role emphasizes governance, evaluation, and reusable self-service patterns to improve answer quality. You will partner with SMEs to build scalable, secure capabilities and ensure architectural integrity across

Qualifications

• 6+ years in development with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context architecture.
• Proven AI agents/skills/integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses; manage schema and retrieval quality.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes to close context gaps that affect intent.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs, integrations, and production-ready capabilities.
