Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to architect the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will design and maintain the grounding knowledge graph, ensure high-quality agent responses, and drive scalable, secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants. You will partner with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG frameworks, ensuring repeatable, production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 6+ years of development experience with a Tech Lead role.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph/enterprise context architecture end-to-end.
• Production AI agents/integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Strong IAM, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
• Ability to translate needs into checklists for cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate the knowledge graph and grounding for search and agent responses with measurable accuracy baselines.
• Evaluate and improve agent outputs to fix context gaps that misalign with user intent.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix context gaps structurally, not with patches.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-grounding.
