Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC in Boca Raton, FL seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and own the knowledge layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem, grounding search and agent responses with a robust knowledge graph.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG, while ensuring scalable, secure implementations across Slack, Google Workspace, and Glean.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing or owning an enterprise knowledge graph.
• Experience building production-quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, or RAG.
• Strong background in SaaS, enterprise search, or AI platforms (Slack, G Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Ability to identify retrieval issues and prioritize fixes by business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to catch missing or wrong context and backlog fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and align with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new AI use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context with tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management and incident-response best practices; troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Implement controls for data retention and sensitive data handling in partnership with security.
• Raise flags for connectors needing elevated access early for security review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
