Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design and curate the knowledge graph, govern retrieval quality, and collaborate with SMEs to implement AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG.

This role emphasizes scalable, secure implementations, cross-team visibility, and governance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead work.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph or end-to-end enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Experience building production AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to identify retrieval issues and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph for grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or wrong context and turn findings into a backlog.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
