Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and manage the knowledge graph grounding for an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will align platform strategy with technical designs and production plans while ensuring secure, scalable implementations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants. You will partner with experts to build AI agents, evaluate output quality, and drive continuous improvement in search quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge-graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end
• Experience building AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG
• Ability distinguish wrong vs right retrieval and prioritize fixes by impact
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms: Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT
• Strong identity/access management and incident response skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and create checklists for others

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the knowledge graph and grounding for search and agent responses with a maintainable schema
• Review agent outputs to close context gaps and feed back as prioritized backlog
• Ensure cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, workflows
• Determine whether needs are met by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-grounding
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready plans
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions
• Create discovery tooling and question sets for others to scope new AI use cases
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context with tooling and guidance
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices
• Implement data retention and sensitive-data controls with security and privacy teams
• Flag elevated connectors early and route for security review
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability and cost efficiency
