Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort to build and ship full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Simulation & Benchmarking: craft a platform to test AI agents across real-world scenarios.
- Content Management: build no-code tools to guide and test AI agents.
- Agent Development Lifecycle: adapt software methods to AI agents’ non-deterministic behavior.
- Generative Agent Development: accelerate agent creation with generative tools and self-improvement.
