Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an enablement-focused engineer to own the Claude Platform rollout, including demos, hands-on labs, and technical curricula for go-to-market teams. You will collaborate with product to ensure field readiness on day one and build scalable resources to train sellers at scale.

You have shipped user-facing demos and technical content, and enjoy teaching engineers and non-engineers alike. This hybrid role supports hybrid office presence and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture or sales engineering.
• Experience writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agents beyond prompting.
• Experience using AI coding tools as part of daily engineering work.
• Experience delivering live technical training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering directly with sales or go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn launches into field-ready content: demos, labs, and quick-reference guides.
• Deliver training for onboarding and enablement programs across the field.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions.
• Develop self-service resources and scalable enablement tooling.
• Close the loop with product by sharing field feedback and content needs.
• Measure content usage and feedback to continually improve.
