Job summary

Upside seeks an AI Enablement Lead to own the Ascent roadmap across Software Factory and the Enterprise Track, shaping priorities, specifications, and business value. You will bridge engineering and business teams, turning evolving AI tooling into a coherent platform strategy and measurable impact.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders, translate complex technical needs into actionable plans, and stay ahead of AI dev tooling trends to drive scalable, safe AI enablement across the company.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading platform-level or large-scale initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and developer tools.
• Ability to write clear specs and drive prioritization without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Ascent roadmap across both programs (Software Factory and Enterprise Track).
• Write clear specs and requirements for engineering teams.
• Track maturity across core capabilities and justify future investments.
• Represent Ascent to non-technical stakeholders in plain language.
• Stay current with AI coding/agent tooling and translate pain points into roadmap priorities.
