Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will drive semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, and related tools.

You will partner with SMEs, evaluate platform capabilities, and deliver scalable, secure context-driven capabilities while improving answer quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands‑on Tech Lead responsibilities.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph or enterprise context architecture end to end.
• Proven track record building production AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.
• Able to distinguish wrong retrieval from missing context in eval traces and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and leading through influence.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with baseline accuracy and efficiency.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and create a backlog of fixes.
• Ensure cross‑team visibility to fix context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production‑ready implementations.
• Maintain scalable, secure platform implementations and documentation.
