AgileEngine, LLC. in Jersey City, NJ, seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and context that ground enterprise AI ecosystems. You will integrate with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants, improving answer quality and governance.

Lead the design of scalable, secure context architectures, collaborate with SMEs, and drive continuous improvement in platform reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead work.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph / enterprise context architecture.
• Built production AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS / AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong troubleshooting, writing, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with measurable accuracy.
• Review agent outputs to catch missing or wrong context and backlog fixes by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide if a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs, integrations, and production-ready plans.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and align with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Enable reuse by functional groups through tooling, patterns, and guidance.
• Establish testing/evaluation practices for output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, etc.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control; troubleshoot complex issues.
