Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead in Richmond, VA to build the knowledge backbone for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design and maintain the context, ground search and agent responses, and work across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will partner with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready implementations while improving answer quality over time.

Qualifications

• Must have authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead exposure.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Production-grade AI agents/skills/integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to distinguish wrong vs. right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph and grounding for search and agent responses.
• Review outputs to identify missing or incorrect context and backlog fixes by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
