Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will drive evaluation governance, and build reusable self-service patterns for scalable AI agents, prompts, and workflows.

You will partner with SMEs, shape design decisions on skills vs knowledge graphs, and ensure secure, scalable platform implementations across Slack, Google Workspace, and Glean. This role emphasizes reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience and hands-on Tech Lead.
• Knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.
• Experience building AI agents, skills, or integrations with MCP, function calling, RAG.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the knowledge graph and grounding to ensure high retrieval quality.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes for context gaps in intent.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations and maintain documentation.
