Job summary

AgileEngine in Miami seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design, curate, and maintain the enterprise knowledge graph and grounding context for search and AI agents. You will collaborate with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows, ensuring scalable, secure deployments across Slack, Google Workspace, and Glean.

You will review outputs, prioritize context fixes, and drive architectural improvements to reduce gaps and improve answer quality across the enterprise AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; no sponsorship provided.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead role.
• Designed and owned knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Experience building production AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to distinguish wrong retrieval from missing context and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration background, including IAM, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and turning questions into reusable checklists.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder-communication skills; lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph and context grounding search and agent responses, with ongoing quality improvements.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes to address context gaps.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and implementations; turn pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new use cases independently.
• Empower functional groups to curate context through tooling and guidance.
