AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and govern the knowledge graph and context layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will drive semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants, delivering improvements in answer quality and reliability. Collaborate with SMEs to build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows, decide where logic belongs, and translate platform strategy into durable

Competenze

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph or end-to-end enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Experience building production AI agents/integrations with MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Ability to distinguish wrong retrieval from right retrieval and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration including IAM, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication; English level: Upper-intermediate.

• Design and govern the company context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and prioritize fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source permissions.
• Create tooling and discovery sets for teams to scope new AI use cases independently.
