AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem, spanning knowledge-graph design, semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will improve answer quality via evaluation, governance, and reusable self-service patterns, partnering with subject-matter experts to design, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows, while ensuring scalability, security,

Competenze

• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
• 6+ years in development with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed/owned knowledge graph or enterprise context end-to-end.
• Experience building production AI agents, skills, or integrations (MCP, function calling, RAG).
• Can distinguish wrong retrieval from right retrieval and prioritize fixes.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration: IAM, monitoring, incident response.
• Experience across multiple business functions; create checklists for unsupervised use.
• Strong troubleshooting, writing, and stakeholder communication; lead by influence.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Mansioni

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph for grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and backlogs to fix context gaps by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and implementation plans; evolve pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context through tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control practices; troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Implement data retention and sensitive-data controls with security and privacy teams.
• Flag elevated connectors early; route to security for review.
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
