Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer for our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design and curate the context and knowledge graph, grounding search and agent responses across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, production-ready capabilities and measurable improvement in retrieval quality.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph/enterprise context architecture end-to-end.
• Experience building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG.
• Identify wrong retrieval vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration including IAM, monitoring, and incident response.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and convert findings into a backlog to close context gaps.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge graph.
• Translate strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure scalable and secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Maintain discovery tooling and question sets for new AI use cases.
