Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and evolve the knowledge layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will ground search and agent responses in a robust knowledge graph, oversee retrieval quality, and govern AI agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants.

You will partner with SMEs to craft AI agents, prompts, and workflows, decide between skills, workflows, or graph grounding, and drive scalable, secure platform design and testing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead duties.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Produced production-quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the knowledge graph and grounding for search and agent responses, with measurable accuracy goals.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or wrong context and drive backlog fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs, integrations, and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions.
