Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead in Port Charlotte, FL to architect and govern the knowledge layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will design context graphs, support RAG and agent integrations across Slack and Google Workspace, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You will drive improvements in answer quality, evaluation, and governance while maintaining cross-team visibility and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing knowledge graphs and enterprise context architectures.
• Proven track record in production AI agents, skills, or integrations.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS / AI platforms and admin/identity management.
• Ability to turn needs into checklists and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review outputs and prioritize fixes to reduce context gaps.
• Coordinate cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps.
• Partner with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents and workflows.
• Decide between skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs, pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations and proper data access.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for new use cases.
• Establish testing and evaluation for agent quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access management and incident response best practices.
• Maintain docs, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
