Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design, curate, and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with governance and measurable accuracy targets.

You will partner with subject-matter experts to craft AI agents, prompts, and workflows, decide the best solution (skill, workflow, connector, or grounding), and translate platform strategy into production-ready designs and plans.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years in development with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Experience building production AI agents, skills, or integrations with MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Identify retrieval quality issues and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience administering/engineering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude).
• Strong systems administration, IAM, monitoring, and incident response.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder communication, and influence without authority.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with clear accuracy targets.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and backlogs for fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to ensure systemic context improvements.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure security, scaling, and compliance of implementations.
• Develop connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic search patterns with proper permissions.
• Create discovery tooling and questions to empower other teams.
• Provide tooling and guidance for business groups to curate context.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent outputs.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, and other assistants.
• Apply access management, monitoring, and change-control practices.
• Implement data retention and sensitive-data controls with security teams.
• Flag elevated connectors early and route for security review.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
