Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will design and maintain a knowledge graph, enable semantic retrieval, and integrate agents across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants. You will evaluate platform capabilities, scale secure implementations, and drive continuous improvements in answer quality, governance, and cost efficiency while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph / enterprise context architecture end-to-end.
• Proven AI agents / integrations with MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong IAM, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication; lead by influence.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and backlogs to fix context gaps by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge graph.
• Translate strategy into technical designs and production-ready plans.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build/connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for autonomous exploration of new use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate context using tooling and guidance.
