AgileEngine, LLC. Fort Lauderdale is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will design, curate, and continuously improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses, while collaborating with experts across teams to implement scalable, secure, and production-ready capabilities. You will evaluate platform capabilities, maintain plugins and workflows, and ensure the reliability and governance of AI solutions

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Experience designing/owning a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Proven track record building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Ability to distinguish incorrect retrieval from missing context and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, configuration, monitoring, and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses, with a baseline for accuracy and efficiency.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or misaligned context and backlog fixes by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs, integrations, and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Create discovery tooling and question sets to scope new AI use cases.
• Enable teams to curate their own context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing/evaluation practices for agent output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices.
