Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem, designing knowledge graphs, semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will improve answer quality through evaluation, governance, and reusable self-service patterns, while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph/enterprise context architecture end-to-end.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and backlogs to fix context gaps.
• Ensure cross-team visibility to fix context gaps at architectural level.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, workflows.
• Decide whether to implement a need via a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and plans for production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with org standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source-system permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams.
• Provide tooling and guidance for functional groups to curate their own context.
• Establish testing and evaluation for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, change-control.
• Coordinate with security, privacy, and compliance on data handling.
• Flag elevated access needs early and route to security.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability and cost efficiency.
